An information-theoretic scalar-tensor theory of gravity
Steve Brailsford
We propose a scalar-tensor extension of general relativity in which the gravitational coupling emerges from the information content of the matter distribution. A single action principle yields fifteen distinct observational results spanning galactic and cosmological scales — including galactic rotation curves without dark matter, an evolving dark energy signal consistent with DESI observations, and a Hubble constant of approximately 62 km/s/Mpc derived from first principles.
