What's wrong (standard view): Five measurements agree on 26% DM.

Current status: CONSISTENT

Five windows see same Omega_m = 0.316 from one mechanism: (1+f) baryons + Psi scaffolding in 84/16 split. CMB peak heights, BAO, lensing, clustering, BBN abundances all measure the same effective matter density. Not five coincidences — one quantity.
