Primordial rho_bound (eta~6.4) reduced by thermal erasure in hot ICM (eta->5-6). Plus Psi scaffolding. Observed eta = 5-6.

Kill conditions

Per-problem kill conditions are recorded with each derivation in the ISST manuscript. The site-wide kill conditions (right-hand sidebar) cover the framework-level commitments that, if violated, would invalidate all DISSOLVED and PARTIAL claims simultaneously.
