What's wrong (standard view): Gravity 10^38 weaker than other forces.

G = 1/Psi. Gravity is weak because the universe is old. 13.8 Gyr of processing makes Psi large, G small. The 10^-39 ratio is a timestamp, not a fine-tuning. You don't ask why the odometer reads high — you look at how far you've driven.
