Problem 12 · Early Universe
DISSOLVEDHorizon problem
What's wrong (standard view): CMB uniform over causally disconnected regions.
ISST status
Current status: DISSOLVED
Uniformity is the zero-information state. Psi(t->0) = 0 everywhere because no processing has occurred — tautology, not fine-tuning. Regions don't need to communicate; they're identical because neither has any information. 10^-5 fluctuations = first processing events. Bianchi constraint dR=0 preserves background uniformity.

This is an auto-summary of the canon entry. The full derivation lives in the referenced section of the lab's manuscript and working notes; a hand-enriched page may be added here in a later pass.

Kill conditions
Per-problem kill conditions are recorded with each derivation in the ISST manuscript. The site-wide kill conditions (right-hand sidebar) cover the framework-level commitments that, if violated, would invalidate all DISSOLVED and PARTIAL claims simultaneously.
