S8 tension

What's wrong (standard view): Lensing < Planck prediction. 3+ sigma.

Current status: PARTIAL

Psi Jeans cutoff at 69 Mpc naturally suppresses power at sigma_8 scales (8 h^-1 Mpc). Less small-scale power = lower sigma_8 = matches lensing. Direction guaranteed by mechanism. Bare growth also gives sigma_8 = 0.761 independently.
