Galaxy rotation curves

What's wrong (standard view): Flat rotation curves. Need DM halos.

ISST status

Current status: PARTIAL

Radical ISST: T^Psi_munu = Psi gradient = dark matter halo. The halo IS the galaxy's processing history. Psi scaffolding (FDM mechanism) provides extended mass. MaNGA age-DM correlation 3.72 sigma (observational support).

Kill conditions

Per-problem kill conditions are recorded with each derivation in the ISST manuscript. The site-wide kill conditions (right-hand sidebar) cover the framework-level commitments that, if violated, would invalidate all DISSOLVED and PARTIAL claims simultaneously.
